We can’t in all cases. However, we do provide support for proto-type work, and production runs, where turnaround time and manufacturing flexibility is essential. Part production innovation and assembly processes have proven to provide significant competitive advantages in most applications.

Do you work with offshore suppliers to satisfy customers’ needs?
Yes, we source many of our base materials and parts globally to secure lower costs. Also, we have a number of manufacturing partners around the world and can transfer production to them if the economics are compelling. Whatever is produced by one of our manufacturing sources offshore can also be produced by Pierce so continuity of supply is assured in the event there is a disruption of supply.

Do you insist on doing it all: assembly and parts manufacturing?
We realize that our customers need to keep their options open. But, where it makes sense (to reduce your overall vendor base) we are capable and willing to take on part of, or the entire process of manufacture and assembly.

We are in process of achieving ISO 9002 and becoming registered in the 4th quarter of 2013.

Yes, we are a fully integrated manufacturing facility that is completely capable of moving directly from prototype to production quantity manufacturing with quick turnaround and short lead times. We can even help you source off-shore manufacturing, if that is what’s determined to be the best fit.
